Where is the clinic located?
Our clinic is located at Suite 3, Level 3, Alexandra House, 201 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill QLD 4000. It's a short walk from Central Station.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Parking is available nearby. There is limited street parking in the surrounding streets. Alternatively, you can access the Cornerstone car park via Bartley St, which offers discounts if booked online. The Brisbane City Council car park is also a short walk away. Please follow the parking instructions for the best rates.

What should new patients know before their first appointment?
New patients are required to have a current referral from a General Practitioner (GP) or other medical specialist to obtain a Medicare rebate. Referral letters can be sent via email or Medical-Objects.
What should I bring to my initial appointment?
Please bring a list of your current medications, any relevant medical history, and past treatment information. If applicable, bring your referral letter from your GP or specialist. Relatives are welcome to attend, if preferred.
What is your clinic’s COVID-19 policy?
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us to discuss your appointment. In most cases, appointments can be converted to Telehealth. Please speak with your GP regarding testing and treatment, and let us know if a Telehealth option is required.
What are your clinic's fees and rebates?
Fees follow the guidelines set by the Australian Medical Association (AMA) and are available upon request. A Medicare rebate is available for patients with a current referral. The Medicare Safety Net offers an 80% rebate of out-of-pocket expenses once the threshold is reached. Please ensure you are registered for the Medicare Safety Net by calling Medicare on 132 011 or visiting their website. Please note, we do not bulk bill at this practice.
What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify reception at least two working days in advance. Cancellations made with less than two working days' notice will incur a cancellation fee.
What are your clinic's opening hours?
Our clinic is open from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
