Interpreters and Language Support

We welcome patients from diverse cultural and language backgrounds. If you prefer to speak in a language other than English, we can arrange a professional interpreter for your appointment (telephone or video), including for telehealth consultations.

For Medicare-eligible, Medicare-rebated appointments, a free professional interpreter may be available through TIS National. For non-Medicare services (e.g., some third-party funded or medico-legal appointments), interpreter arrangements may incur a fee—our team can confirm this at the time of booking.

Please let us know your preferred language when you book. We recommend patients join telehealth appointments from a private location to protect confidentiality.
